Justices hear Mason County case challenging MPLA

CHARLESTON – Among the cases argued before the state Supreme Court last week was the much anticipated one from Mason County challenging the portion of a 2003 medical malpractice reform law requiring a certificate of merit.

Hearing postponed in Levine sexual imposition case
